Sweetie, I decided not to vote because I'm not familiar with the characters and situations in the icons. The little I know about Tin Man comes from Wikipedia and those fics I've been reading. However I liked the one with the legend, "I want to wake up in a city that never sleeps." I'm presuming that the city is the O.Z.?

Makes sense to me! I'm hoping some of the dyed-in-the-wool aficionadoes will go vote. :-)

The text is actually a line from the Frank Sinatra song "New York, New York," so I'm guessing that the icon maker is saying that the Realm of the Unwanted - a city in the O.Z. where you find all kinds of troublemakers and criminals and fortunetellers and the long-lost Royal Consort - is something like New York. Or vice versa.
