I've just watched the first part, and I haven't seen the second or even really had time to digest the first, but OMG the original!canon references! EDWIN AND MORECAR!!!! How obscure fabulous can you get???!!!

There have been other shoutouts too - my fave so far was the get it-got it-good between Ratty and Hatter. Court Jester FTW!
