GIP & Trek
May. 2nd, 2007 09:52 pmAfter reading a recent post from
dejla about early resources on Star Trek, I realized for the jillionth time that I didn't have a Star Trek icon and finally got off my butt (or actually, on it) and made myself one. Featuring, of course, my favorite character. :-)
Then I realized... while composing a response to a recent tribble picture on icanhascheezburger.com - I have now been a Trekkie for TWO-THIRDS of my entire life! Starting at age 15, and I'm 45 now. Like... wow.

Um? Where is this coming from? Do you have me mixed up with another poster?

Acckk!!! No, no. Sorry. It was coming from my original grumbling which initiated my post. No, no, no. Not you at all. Just grumbling about female writers who sniff that male sources don't count when discussing female writing.
