Here's Cain watching Glitch fight and realizing how freaking hot the man is Glitch has abilities to be respected.




On their way to the Realm of the Unwanted, Glitch stumbles and falls. Cain reaches automatically to help him up. It's a tiny moment, but I really like it.




When Raynz bursts into the brain room, Cain gets zapped and then shot. In all the commotion, Glitch, in the grip of a Longcoat, spares a worried glance to see how Cain is:




Finally, when Cain realizes he'll have to shoot Ambrose if they can't shut down the machine, he gets kind of a sick look on his face (just before he picks up the gun and threatens Ambrose):

I've been watching Neil's work for a long time and I have to say I can't remember him too many parts where his character has willingness to recognize someone else besides him can be formidable.

I really liked that about Cain.

That was a moment that I thought was a big character-development step. It sets us up for later on when he acknowledges DG's leadership ability (in the scene where she gets to be the Wizard and tell everyone they already have the qualities they seek).
