Book: Wicked

I read this back in December and keep forgetting to post it. It combined two of the factors I dislike the most in my pleasure reading: professional fanfic and amateur philosophy. So I'm not quite sure why I enjoyed it so much! I'm not really decided whether I *like* it, but it was an entertaining and engaging read.

This is Anndie speaking. I found the first part of the book very long and drawn out, but the last two sped by very fast and I was very interested in it. Saw the musical after the book and have to say, I don't know if I care for the changes. Loved the musical - thought it was a great story and the production was AMAZING on it's own, but it deviated from the book so much that I wasn't sure I liked it.

Am now reading Son of the Witch. Intriguing sequel. Haven't finished it, but is good so far.
