Isn't there a place, somewhere on Amazon.com, where you can say what TV shows you wish they'd release on DVD? I've been poking around and can't find it. :-(
It sounds to me like you want http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/ . You'll need to register, though, but it's not hard, and then you'll get to vote for any show you want to be on DVD. I rely on that site.
