I participated in this year's Rare Male Slash Exchange.

I am now able to reveal that I wrote Negotiation, a Blakes 7 fic with the pairing Blake/Travis. I set out to write something dark and ambiguous and wound up with ... well, the giftee very kindly said that they chortled their way through it, so the "inappropriate humor" side of my brain appears to have won out.

I also received a brilliant Guardian story with the pairing of Chu Shuzhi/Guo Changcheng, The White Heap of Black Words from

dorinda, which I love to itty bitty pieces. As I kept saying at REVELCon to anyone who would listen, Guardian is a hot mess with lots of dangling plot threads just made for fans to grab onto and build stories around. Dorinda came up with a perfectly logical use for Guo Changcheng's mutant power, and threaded it into Chu Shuzhi's insecurity complex and immense potential for angst ... I've read it over and over and loved it more every time. ♥
