Good Eats/Voyager question

Just watched the episode "Salad Daze II: The Long Arm of the Slaw" of Good Eats, which is set on an imaginary morning program called "Rise and Shine." About one minute in, TODS turned to me, pointed to the male morning-show host, and said, "That sounds like Neelix!" I listened to the voice and by golly, it sure did sound like Neelix. TODS is rarely mistaken about such things (he can be a little scary sometimes, actually, with his mad recognition skilz).

I looked it up on the Food Network site and on the Good Eats Fan Page and even on Ethan Phillips' page on the IMDB, but there are no cast listings for the episode anywhere. Anybody know for sure?
