When I'm whining about the hot sticky East Texas summers? Remind me of this day.

We had a horrendous thunderstorm last night - we had come home from a conference so tired that we forgot to lock the front door and the wind blew it open! This morning we stepped out into a washed-clean world with a brilliant blue sky and a wonderful fresh smell in the air, and it was at least 65 degrees. The winter camellias in front of our door are beginning to bloom.

I love Texas. At least in February.

Well, driving to and from Jamie's house. The worst of it happened during the Revelcon Concom meeting, which meant the streets were flooded in places going home. That was an adventure at 10PM. *g*
